I believe that by knowing and staying true to our authentic core through lifes challenges, we can bring about our wholeness, it's strength, resilience and joy. My clients seek support in every day situations, from building confidence for a successful career, experiencing more calm daily to building deeper, more intimate relationships that make life worth living.
I use a range of techniques from nervous system somatic principles, stress release facilitation, behaviour change practices, coaching reflection and authentic core work. In sessions I will coach you to slow down and together we will focus on realising subjective experience or behaviour goals. Bring clarity, perspective shifts, remove hinderances to realising your goals and explore what marks you uniquely from todays hectic world today.

My clients are healthy, driven, successful people who want to improve their professional and/or personal lives and seek the support of a resilience coach. We cover topics like self management, relationships, life balance, inner calm, high sensitivities or communications. Some want to develop empathy, patience, confidence, flexibility, purpose or meaning in their life. I work with professional contexts as well for example entrepreneurial, executive management and leadership challenges..
They understand it takes openness and commitment to release old patterns and build progress in their inner experience and keep at it. I work with clients anywhere in the world through video calls via Hangout, Skype, or Zoom. Sessions are book in blocks of 8 or 10 are 60 minutes, with an initial Discovery Session that takes 90 minutes.

I have decades experience as a behaviour change specialist, leadership coach and trauma release practitioner. I use nervous system somatic principles, emotional stress release facilitation, behaviour change practices, information detox, coaching reflection and authentic core work.
We work within four key areas, not necessary all of them. We start building an improved experience of the world, from a subjectively deepened and healthier foundation. We will ground your pursuits, introduce precision, explore profound personal meaning and find ways to energise your life.
